This royal blue prom dress was only worn once and is in PERFECT condition! It’s two pieces with the top being beaded and the bottom a cotton skirt. The top is completely shear with two pads. I had extra padding put in that can be taken out. It was super comfortable to wear and fit me perfect. The bottom was slightly altered to be a bit shorter. I am 5’10” and wore 1” heels.
