beautiful vintage Anna Lotkin full length leather coat M

Vintage and Preowned but in overall very good condition for its age- 70’s? I pictured some damage – on the bottom hem and a few spots on the sleeve and the top of the back. The spots could be cleaned? Measures about 50 inches long. sleeves are about 24 1/2 inches from the top of the sleeve where the pleats begin. About 19 1/2 inches from pit to pit. Top snap with hidden buttons that go down to about where the bottom of the pockets are.
