This dress is a STUNNER! I love it-but it’s too small 😫😫. Boning in the bodice with ruched fabric gives a slimming effect and makes your waist look very tiny. Skirt is stuffed with stiffened layers of tulle to achieve fullness. Sequins and rhinestones accent the bust and waist. I cut out the care instructions tag but it’s Dry Clean Only.
