poemz @shherrero hey! I measured the dress laying flat - chest is about 14 inches across. As for the waist, the tightest area seems to be 13in and the widest part of the dress (where I assume hips would fall) is ~16in. Hope that’s helpful!

poemz @shherrero dress is 97% polyester and 3% spandex and the lining is 100% nylon. And yes! Dress has a good amount of stretch too if, fit is comfortable.
