@rekowsam the strap isn't adjustable but can be sewn to your liking. I'm 5'3 and it hits the ground without wearing shoes.

@rekowsam about 55" in length (measured flat on the floor from top of the strap down to the hem of the dress). hope this helps. pretty soft fabric dress, not itchy kind.
