bebe dress, black, size M. Flower beaded design, rouching, satin, asymmetrical fringe along bottom. I bought this dress for a costume party and wore it maybe twice? the lining under the fringe is short. there is a thin rubber trim to help keep the dress up. Slight uneven fringe. Solid black.
