bebe black flutter sleeve mini dress XS

Brand new black dress by bebe in a size x-small. It has short flutter/ruffle sleeves and a square neckline with notch. There is satin-like trim on the top portion of the dress and the attached sash/belt is made of a satin-like material as well. There are two slit pockets on the front. There is no zipper, it just slips on. Made of a rayon/spandex blend. Measurements: Length (starting at the top of the shoulder): 32" Condition: Brand new with tags attached.
