Read below pls Friends, I've injured/re-injured my spine, it's nerves and tendons, and I wanted to let all of you who attend or appear regularly with me at LIVE Shows know that this is why I have been unable to respond to messages and questions timely for about a week. If I've missed your Live shows, failed to answer questions and bundle messages, or engage as normal, please excuse same. Today is the first day I can think well enough to write this message and tag you all due to pain severity. I won't be available to respond much more for at least this weekend as the pain is so high, and I've only slept a couple of naps all week..I plan to set a Tenative show for next Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at my usual 422pmEST showtime. However, if it occurs, it's likely to be only about a 2 hour duration. I'm waiting for further medical testing next week... If you have a chance and any time to include any of my listings in your upcoming shows, pls send a written message so I can set prices to auction when checking messages. I miss and love you all! And on low starts, that's up to you, I just ask that you not do $3 dollar starts. If you want to start something at $5-10, that's fine. I just don't want to require that of anyone. overall theme is Fall but anything is really fine. You have wide latitude during the time you do your live time slot. I'm so excited for you to participate! xo

menageatrice NO RESPONSE NECESSARY! Oh Beth, I'm so sorry to hear this of course! Back pain is ferocious! I don't know if your docs have recommended spinal nerve block injections, but if they have and the thought scares you -- I HIGHLY recommend them! I've been getting them for 6 years now and they make my pain much more bearable.

menageatrice They can't remove the pain compleyely or you'd lose all sensation. But with my AD I have small fibre neuropathy and am in pain 100% of the time - they help so much so I don't have to take opioids anymore. I also have Scheuermann's Disease which attacks the mid-back so I've had 3 or 4 mid-thoracic injections as well. Big difference!

menageatrice All this to say, I don't know the origin of your pain, or if it's chronic but don't be afraid of it if it's suggested (they numb you so the injection isn't horrible as it sounds.) My understanding is PCP's, etc don't do these, you'd have to go to a Pain Management specialist -- but it's worth it! I'll pray for quick healing for you! (Glad to see your fur baby is comforting you!)

annasposhalley Oh Bethy, i am so very sorry. 😢 I also have this problems. When it flares up it is horrific. The pain is hard to explain and harder to relieve. So many Doctors & pain management specialists. Came down to having to relearn how to physically move & use my body in order to not pinch the nerves & have a flare up. It takes time but once you find what works for you (med sandwich during flare ups, Vicodin ev 8 hrs and Ibuprofen in between. The nerve block injections & this topical lotion.......

annasposhalley Sombra Warm Pain Relief Gel. I get it at A.m.a.zon and i cannot live without it. It helps during flare ups. My family & friends who injure there necks or backs briefly, come running to me to put the lotion on them, lol. They all say its a miracle. I hope you find what works for your body ASAP! as i know you are being tortured by this. I am sending prayers, gentle hugs & love to you my sweet friend. Please keep us updated. XO 🙏🤗❤

I have had spinal injections in the past also, so I'm familiar with them, but it sounds like your experience is (unfortunately) more vast.
