gorgeous betsey johnson floral slip dress, gathered bust, lace straps, slight hi low cut at the bottom, lined, stretchy! lying flat, about 15" across the waist. this was bought secondhand years ago and I didnt notice this the whole time, but there have been a few small repairs and tiny stains just above the back hem, please see last pic/video. apologies for the wrinkles, my steamer is on the fritz.
