I bought these for myself but they’re just a little small for a women’s 7.5/8 foot. The leather straps are perfect for wider feet too; I have narrower feet and they weren’t too but but there was definitely space between the strap and the top of my foot.

Do you mean that these were too large for your 7.5 foot? Are these a size 39?
