bishop + young halter floral romper

a NEW floral romper from bishop + young! super duper soft, cute, halter neck, very flattering. i have never worn this EVER, i am selling it because it's too big and too short for me! super soft flowy fabric- perfect as a beach cover up or just for a hot summer day! size small but could definitely fit anywhere from S to M. for reference, i am 5 foot 9 and 140 lb. not free people, brand wasn't available to list on this app. retails for $74 and in brand new condition! price always negotiable!
