black chiffon floral dress w/ sequins and beads vintage

Brand: Bicici Black chiffon dress w/ floral stitching, beads and sequins. 100% silk. Vintage. Very rare style. There is some orange stain on the flowers and some loose threads from beads. A few flaws. Size: shows XL but only fits as a small or medium only!!! I’m a size a size small in the the photo for reference
