black choker blouse with bell sleeves

I adore this blouse! Unfortunately it is a little small for me. The design is stylish and the material is classic black. I wanted to pair this with a floral midi skirt and block heels, but it's not meant to be. This is perfect for fall and any occasion from work to dinner and weekends. Small but fits more like an Xs.
