black cold shoulder romper

cute off the shoulder look, with fun pom pom fringe on end of sleeves and shirt section. could be tied in the back to make the shirt a bit more tight to the body! fun beach vibe, but easily layered with some tights for colder nights! other info: - stretchy (100% rayon with 100% polyester lining) - button clasp at top in back - adjustable spaghetti straps - great condition, besides a few loose pom poms/slight fraying on inside hem of short. but no real signs of wear otherwise!
