black mini skirt whit white, turquoise, and yellow graphic print; four pockets

EUC mini skirt with white flora (palm leave?) print and additional graphic print in turquoise and yellow. No identifying labels anywhere, but feels like a cotton twill; garment is in excellent condition; skirt is lined with a black fabric. Skirt has two patch pocket in front and four belt loops (see photos). There is also a black hidden zipper in the center back. As there is no size label, I have taken the following measurements: waist(band) across front: 15”; across back 15”; with at hips: 18”; at bottom hem 20”; length is 19”; i estimate a size small or medium, but please see measurements.
