black white and yellow marni silk/cotton pants size 44

retiring one of my favorite pairs of marni pants 💛 black with white vines and mustard-y yellow flowers. straight slim cut leg with flared bottom. cotton and silk. 2 slit pockets on back. zip and button closure on the side. there are a few stitches missing by the fly, but does not really affect fabric. size it 44, would best fit a 6 or slim 8 (these more of a slim cut!!) happy to give measurements
