blue jacket with waist draw strings

Really nice blue jacket with drawstrings around the waist to make it look cinched 😊. has four total pocket. the zippers next to the chest pocket are unfortunately just for aesthetic(but it does look really good). i don’t really know if it is waterproof or not since i’ve never used it.
