blue patterned sleeveless tiered dress

This dress is blue in color, is sleeves and has a tiered drape design.It is mid length and hits above the knee. Button closure in back at neck. Size 0 but fits loosely so could also fit a size 2 or possibly 4. The tightest area is in the hips.
