blue romper/dress with front tie detail

adorable blue romper/dress with tie detail in the front! I wore it once to a wedding and discovered it is a little too short for me- i’m sad to sell this piece but i’m 5’9 so it’s just a little bit too short. purchased from Lucca last year!
