has a garment-washed look and feel — slightly faded shade of navy and EXTREMELY soft to the touch, almost feels slightly sueded, if that makes sense. worn a handful of times, in great condition. these are petite and hit me right at the bottom of the ankle. probably good for up to 5’5” depending on how long you want them! size is 2P but listing as 0 because they are quite small/narrow.
