melodymakermona @trembe they are brand new. I wore them once for a tiny walk down the street and it was painful. I need to break them in. I'm a 6 1/2 sometimes a 7 and they are perfect. if you are bigger the back of the foot will hang out. idk how that would feel. the heel is one inch. Not very tall.
