Application: brush lightly throughout lashes. Be sure lashes are brushed out and not clumpy. Wait 10-15 seconds, test for tackiness, Bondage should be very tacky but should not transfer to your wand, fingertip, or back of fingernail. Now, apply a second thin coat of Bondage, but this time make sure to only dab at the root of your lashes (the tip of the wand is perfect for this step). Again, wait 10-15 seconds to set. Apply Gossamer lashes and use a Wandom® when fusing to prevent sticking.
