brand new without tags bebe bandage dress NWOT

this is a brand new black and purple bandage bebe dress. perfect for going out! I don't have the tags on it though. purchased because I'm an impulse shopper ;) (sorry for the wrinkles. it's been stored in my closet... and I can't find my iron!)
