chrisp2015 @hd_ash ok this dkirt has draw string closure with elastic in back w/ string fully extended measures 16.5with elastic stretched out it can go to close very close to 20" length is at outer seam 22" in center 23" cut on bias to add fullness to the fun bottom layer I'm supposingas it ruffles a little bit

chrisp2015 from me chrisp2015 ** the shirt is more of a brownish color not as black as may seem in pictures just noticed this. however I have another I can switch out with both style lined with golden backgrd and flowers red green orange very pretty ill change it later or last as either, but still 2 item listing for at sale price 4.00!!

chrisp2015 @beccakey look at the picture of skirt with gold purse alone it plain brown posh ' new editing isn't that awesome but it helps some. no green tint or orange just brown! any thing else I can help with let me know I'm attentive today and tomorrow no doc appts.!!
