This dark brown colorful beaded flowy summer halter top shirt is in EUC. The top ties with a string around the neck and there is also a tie around the waist. Bust measures 15" across laying flat. Length from the armpit to hem is 17". There are thin pads sewn into the bust. 95% rayon, 5% spandex. None of the beads are loose or missing.
