button up skirt

One size only because it's brandy melville, although it isn't actual velvet, it has the similar feeling to it, more like suede, only worn twice ever and it doesn't fit me anymore (I'm a size 6) . It buttons up, and is really cute. I'm sad it doesn't fit but someone take this off my hands
