b&w floral ruffle blouse

seriously the prettiest ruffle blouse from george me by mark eisen ! it's so flattering but i never reach for it since it's not really my colors. the print is black (or very dark navy) and white all over. ruffles around the neck and center front button down closure ties in the back size 2 fits size XS best
