This dress, designed in Norway, will be THE head turner no matter where you wear it! Multi layers on each side give this dress beautiful movement! There is slight discoloration in the back of the dress (see pic) but hardly noticeable. There are a few small snags here and there but I have taken those into account with the price. Length from shoulder to hem is 60” but could be more or less depending on the straps.
