You are getting a by the River brand, size medium top that is brand new. This top has all the bells and whistles! This is a nice, well made top. It is very very feminine. Fabric is a beautiful color I am calling dusty turquoise. The fabric is soft and breezy but not see through and the texure of the fabric is swiss dotted. See pics. It has eyelet and ruffle around neck and shoulders. There is elastic at the cuffs but it is not tight. It has tucks in front and gathers in back. Looks great tucked in or out, looks good both ways!
