c1900s Unsigned Marius Hammer Silver Dangle Maltese Crosses Brooch

Vintage from the 1900s Materials: Silver Style: Victorian Length: 2 1/8 Inches; Width: 1 3/8 Inches This 830S Norwegian brooch has two top etched flower domes with four dangle open etched circles on each side with repousse Maltese crosses attached at each end is marked 830S for Norway silver. Is an early unsigned Marius Hammer piece. Marius Hammer lived in Bergen Norway from 1847 - 1927. His pieces were sold at very high end stores like Liberty of London. His pieces are hard to come by and quite collectible. Has an old C clasp which works well, just be gentle with it. Code 2012
