ca1950s Glitter Shell Cased Hinged Bracelet + Matching Earrings Set

A ca 1950s set of a glitter with encased shells hinged bracelet with its matching earrings. Rare to find as a set. Made in the USA As seen on page 92 of "Plastic Bangles" Tortoriello/Lyons Schiffer Pub. 2005 Excellent condition for its age with no chips or cracks. One screw was missing on the hinge but someone added a wire to hold it in place, and it does.Although a little loose it still snaps shut and holds on well as seen on the mannequin hand.
