california concepts high waisted shorts

best shorts ever!! vintage high waisted with a floral ruffle hem. brand is California Concepts. these would be my favorite shorts by far if they fit me but they’re definitely meant for someone smaller. i saw the same ones listed on here for $60 measurements laying flat~~ waist: 12” hips: 16.5” rise: 12” inseam: 4.5” (including the ruffle) tag says they’re a girls size 12
