in perfect condition! can be worn as a one shoulder by simply tucking in the strings, OR tie it up for a cute bow strap :) cinches in at the waist for a super flattering fit, and the elastic is very stretchy! it says it’s a size 2, but i’m a size 4-6 and it fit me great my reference: height- 5’2” waist- 26 hips- 33 bust- 38b
