chic ruffled mini dress in business grey

Vintage find, top condition - I misstook it for a UK10 while I was below my regular weight and thought I’d „grow back“ into it with. It is a US10 though (brand is from Oakland, finally found that out), so my judgement was way off and I never ended up fitting into it. Not sure if it was ever even worn before my possession of it, doesn’t seem like it! Concealed zipper and a little slit for walking on the back. Fabric probably cotton (maybe a blend), with a satin lining. See measurements on the last pictures.
