A high quality poncho raincoat made of EVA (not PVC). Worn once. There is some stain from a bike on the edge, which may be able to clean (see photo). Comes in original storage bag, which is about 10 x 8". EVA is generally considered more environmentally friendly than PVC. EVA is non-toxic, odorless, and recyclable. PVC often contains phthalates to make it more flexible and durable, but some phthalates are toxic to humans and the environment.
