This boho lined top can be wore off the shoulders or there are spaghetti straps as shown in the pic laying down. The sleeves are open with a tie on the end. Could also be worn as a dress. P to P and elastic area = 15", the off the shoulders can stretch to 17" Length = 28" including the straps at there shortest is 32".
