liquidlisa @lovestohavefun hi, it's a top. It's something I bought at a thrift store in my teenage years (I'm 43 now) , its Italian made, and I couldn't sell it for anything. I love it too much. I think it could be in a dictionary under "Italian" because it just looks like " mamma mia!" Thank you for your interest though;)
