cotton dress M blue and white ruffle

Cotton dress with some ruffle detail I re-did the straps because it was too much ruffle - for me ALSO shortened ( @ 3 inches for a photoshoot.) but still plenty long!!!!! Very cute full dress- has a tie belt- but cute with out it as well Throw a loose white line blazer over it and some sandals or bring it into your Fall line up with an oversized cardigan Not much else to say about size - because the nature of it....fit almost anyone. Elastic element in the back so chest/shoulder has some give. ( I am a "medium" size 6/8) enjoy NO RETURNS
