Lovely one shoulder chiffon dress. Two layers, sheer lace on top with bow over left shoulder. Bottom chiffon outer layer, comfortable slip underneath. Elastic stretch at top and waistband. Designed in California by BeBop. Perfect for a date or special events. Note: although new with tag there's a hole in the inside layer of the bow, photo 6, but it doesn't affect the appearance of the bow, photo 7. Questions welcomed.
