@prettyrugged12 the MED size is approximately 24 inches from pit to pit. The LARGE is approximately 26 inches. Yes, they are both NEW and with tags attached. They are meant to be oversized. The flower details add a very nice detail to the front and along the sleeve. I only buy/sell what I would personally wear and honestly, love this one! Let me know if this helps. 😊
