delia's flower sundress with bustier neckline!!

a very pretty and flowy lightweight navy blue dress with a sunflower pattern and sphagetti straps. short and falls above knees, perfect for any spring/summer day. never been worn, took off tags and realized it didn't fit ): stretchy back for extra comfort.
