May I please inquire about the chest, waist and hip measurements? And is it machine washable?

The measurements are: Chest 32---Waist 28--Hip 38. the fabric is stretch, the dress is also lined in black fabric. Shell 95% Polyester,and 5% spandex , lining 100% polyester. Machine wash cold gentle cycle.Iron at lowest setting. Thank you for your inquired. Millie
