New Nordstrom dress. Never worn size 12. Its a beautiful dress unfortunatly it does not fit me or i would keep it. I did rip out the tag thinking it would fit (im impulsive lol) but it fit a littlw too lare in the chest area and too long for me. I am 5.4 and small chested.
