If the waste on the outside is 27.5", the waste measurement of the person is probably a 26. That's the higher side of size 4. The bust reflects the same thing. This dress would fit like a glove for someone with a bust of 33 and a waste of 26 BUT they aren't seeing your add. I'm suggesting that you place your add in the size 4 category as well. The dress is absolutely gorgeous. Poshmark has link somewhere, updated March 20, with this information
