This is a 100% polyester dress with detachable navy slip underneath. The colors are navy, pink, light blue, yellow and green to create a beautiful floral print. It has buttons and a tie on top. It has a relaxed elastic waist and the sleeve has a lower bell as shown in photos. The dress is machine washable. It's in great condition and has only been worn once. Made by J Crew Mercantile in size small.
