dress to impress!

This dress is beautiful! I paid almost 90.00 so this is a steal! It is low V, empire waist with a tie in the back, has a bit of shine, and beautiful colors for fall. I'm 5'3 and it was to my ankles just showing my kitten heels. The color just shines and makes your skin glow. I wore to a wedding and got so many compliments.
