mrs_lebraun @heidiheretic hello. The dress is a cotton knit with embroidery. I’m away on vacation this week but happy to pull measurements and exact fabric from the tags when I’m home on 12/29. Thanks for your patience and interest!

mrs_lebraun @heidiheretic thanks for your patience, we just got back! I’ve attached 2 pics - 1 of the label showing the fabric as 100% cotton and the other showing the waist as @21 inches. LMK how else I can assist!
