Brand new dress from eSHakti, Ruffle Hem Cotton Poplin dress. 100% cotton has pockets! No stretch Size 2 but runs big, see measurements. Fits like 4 or 6 tall Washed and dried hoping it would shrink, but it didn't. Otherwise, never wore, just tried on. Measurements are approximate! pit to pit: 17" waist: 14" skirt length: 30" (hits me mid calf, I'm 5'4") full length from shoulder: 44.5" sleeve length: 12" Smoke free home, but I do have cats and dogs.
