Size 4 tall jewel blue cotton fit and flare dress. 1/4 sleeves. Has some stretch and a side zip (pictured). Bra strap keeps are in good condition- they’re not seen when you wear this, so the stitching on them is not hidden, which is why it looks frayed. And it has POCKETS! Some very minor fading, otherwise in good used condition. 27” waist, 42” length. Feel free to ask questions.
