eci blue and white dress with belt

I loved wearing this dress! It is in great pre-owned condition. Short sleeves; thin, white belt with belt loops. Fully lined but no pockets. The white on the dress is an eyelet knit material with a lot of stretch. Very comfortable and flattering dress!
